Experiment No 1 - Compose Mode

I know, and I apologise, I appear to be using this blog as an experimental post laboratory. I am trying to find a way around the hideous blog lag that we are all experiencing. It's driving most of us completely bonkers. With this post experiment I am using 'Compose' - the theory is that any code used whilst posting such as via YouTube, or via photos, clogs the feeding tubes up. Let's see what this post does with no code or formatting. It should shoot through the tubes and straight to the top of everyone's sideboards. 

Christ, there is now a 'Custom Robot tags' tick box option - I have ticked 'All'. What do they all mean? And what do they do??? Wow - Post Settings are confusing these days.

UPDATE: Ha! I published this post at 12:36 and it hasn't even shown up on my Feedly reader - I'm going to untick that Robot tag and republish.

    I have no idea what half those settings mean either...

    Nothing worked for me, either - despite having read in one Google thread that changing "Allow blog feed" to "Until jump break"would fix things. It didn't.

    Like Maddie, your posts don't have a time-stamp, but it's now 7.37pm. and none of them have shown up. Jx

      Jon - I’ve had a little chat with an AI bot and it told me that mine and Mitzi’s blog feeds were completely broken! It also told me that there is a huge bug across Blogger affecting thousands of bloggers and that developers are working hard to fix it! The noise about it is growing louder!
      The time stamp thing is interesting - I’m sure I used to have one!

      If they're "working hard to fix it", they're taking their own sweet bloody time about it! This has been going on for months. Jx

      And I think the issue is getting worse - the people on Reddit are wondering if this is the end for Blogger - but people on Reddit are fond of conspiracy theories and looking on the dark side, so we will have to wait and see.

      That's the trouble with that kind of social media - the fact-averse, the conspiracy theorists and the deranged attention-seekers. I came off Facebook years ago because it was like standing in the middle of a very crowded room being shouted at all the time. Jx

    'Custom Robot Tags'? I can't see anything like that at mine. Not that it seems relevant now that you've discovered it doesn't make any difference.
